Every variety of oyster has its own unique characteristics and flavour profile - and that’s so true when it comes to the two which feature on the Beast menus.

Peruse our Sea Counter or Beast Experience tasting menus and you’ll be able to indulge in the wonderful Beast Oyster ‘Gillardeau’, with pickled cucumber, caviar and dill. Tender and meaty, sweet and salty; in short, delicious.

If you have the pleasure of experiencing the opulence that is our Private Dining, then you’ll find Jersey Rock Oysters on both the Beast and Exclusive Surf & Turf set menus.
Served with Tiger’s Milk - the same citrus-based, spicy marinade used to cure the fish in classic Peruvian ceviche - these oysters have a more delicate and saltier profile, but are every bit as incredible as the Gillardeau.

 

A corking choice

The finest oysters need to be enjoyed with great wine - and Beast’s 300 bins of amazing wines bring you the very best from both New and Old World producers, from as far afield as Argentina and Australia - and everywhere in between.

Prefer a cocktail or two? That’s fine. Whether it’s the classics like Negroni and Manhattan or one of our own signature creations like our Amazon Floor or Road to Jalisco, we have a cocktail menu to delight any palate.

If it’s simply an ice cold beer you need, we can do that too.
