It’s no empty boast when we say go to extreme lengths to bring you a feast of beasts from land and sea. In the case of our Norwegian King Crab, we go to great depths - namely the ink black open water of the Barents Sea, where these monsters patrol the sea bed.
The ocean floor makes for rich pickings for those bold and brave enough to make the journey - and our friends in north Norway do just that, so you can savour this incredible meat which appears across several dishes on our menu.
King Crab In London
When our Norwegian friends have taken such risks and care to harvest this incredible Arctic bounty, we make sure it receives similar respect when it arrives at Beast. We ensure the complexity and delicacy of the crab are the very best they can be, across a number of dishes, including the classic King Crab Legs & Claws. They’re every bit as delicious.
If you’re ordering our fabulous Tasting Menu, don’t worry - the Norwegian King Crab is of course on there too, served with lemon and garlic butter. What’s more, you have the option of the incredible wine pairings to complement this amazing crab meat.
We’re sure our friends in the North would approve...
Drink it in...
After our fishermen and farmers have toiled and braved the elements to bring the finest bounty of land and sea, it deserves every respect - from how it’s cooked to what drinks we serve alongside.
Just as they go to great lengths, so do we; Beast’s 300 exceptional bins of wines are a globetrotting celebration of the fruits of the vine. Mining the very best from both New and Old World producers, we’ve drawn together a wine list which will truly entice and excite, with bottles from as far afield as Argentina and Australia; USA and Spain; France and Portugal.
If cocktails are more your thing, we’ve got your back - and glass - covered. We have classics like a Beast Martini, Negroni, Pisco Sour, as well as some of our own incredible Signature creations, like our Route 51, Blimey or The flutter.
Just like our crab dishes, tasting is believing...
Find you way
While our intrepid fisherman brave the elements and cold waters of the North, your journey to Beast is far more straightforward. And our location couldn’t be more different from the Norwegian wilderness.
We’re in the heart of Mayfair at Chapel Place; retail icons such as Harrods and Selfridges are not too far away, neither is Oxford Street, if you need a distraction before or after your Beast experience - or how about a visit to the green open spaces of Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park?
If it’s a spot of culture you’re seeking, The National Gallery and British Museum are not too far away either.
